yes it the lever, hose, caliper and rotor but it needs new pads and if you are pickey a bleed.

i have been useing redline magneisum pedals foe the last two years and they are cealed berings and crazy light but at 160 bucks it sorta breaks the bank. lovem though

cool, oh and i know i guy that can powder coat bike parts, its like how they paint cars so its super strong agianst chips and stuff. and his black is a super high gloss black is sweet. i think its costs 40 bucks for the sand blast rust an corrrosion proofing and paint. just another option
